The pyramid / sloping gazebo is an innovative structure due to its simplicity and sturdiness. It is ideal for permanent installations thanks to the high quality of the materials used which have allowed it to pass the severe load tests. The lightness of the individual components also makes it ideal for short-term installations and "do-it-yourself" assembly.
Removable structure in high quality hot galvanized steel consisting of:
- Telescopic columns in high quality steel tube with a 10 cm excursion to compensate for any unevenness in the ground.
- Standard height of the columns: 2.10 m. On request it can be decreased (at will) or increased (up to a maximum of 2.30 m, beyond this height it is advisable to insert reinforcement struts).
- Self-supporting perimeter gutter channels, in high quality press-bent steel sheet, which collect rainwater and convey it inside the support columns.
- Pyramid roof made with n. 4 round tubes Ø 50 mm in high quality steel. Different configurations available on request.
- Class 2 fireproof PVC cover, fixed inside the perimeter channels by rope.
Reference legislation
gazebos have been designed and manufactured in compliance with the regulations in force D.M. January 17, 2018 (NTC 2018), EN 13782, EN 1090-1 and UNI 11580.
Assembly
assembly is quick and easy. The roof complete with canvas can be mounted on the ground and subsequently grafted onto the columns. It is possible to combine several gazebos (each with independent cover) and form a single new structure. Even in this case, assembly is simple thanks to the lightness and strength of the individual components used. During assembly, by adjusting the height of the central column of the created structure, it is possible to convey rainwater exclusively to the perimeter columns.
Ground fixing
The gazebos require ballasting and / or anchoring to the ground. Our company offers several alternatives to be evaluated based on the use and place of installation:
- by means of dowels on plinths or stalls;
- by ballasting (concrete planters filled with earth in simple support or concrete ballasts / bollards without edges);
- by means of steel shovels driven into the ground. The lengths of the poles are to be evaluated on the basis of the consistency of the ground (2 poles per column).
OPTIONAL
- Polyester painting (anti-peeling) in addition to hot-dip galvanizing.
- Sliding side sheets in fireproof PVC (complete with rails, hooks for sliding sheets, trolleys, hinges, eyelets).
- Transparent crystal windows inserted in the side sheets.
- Straight / wavy / ribbed / bunk pelmet.
- Swing or sliding doors
- Round ventilation chimneys in natural aluminum Ø 57 cm.
