Acoustic problems? An help to the designers

A well-planned acoustic environment improves the individuals’ ability to perform their duties.
In any public place the problem of acoustics is amplified, often interfering with the activities that takes place there; from classrooms to the cafeterias, from the auditorium to the game rooms or sleep ones; the need to be practical and versatile is required in order to solve the problems caused by the poor management of sound in space.
Our company uses advanced technology to offer specific and practical solutions to this problem.

Vertical acoustics as an alternative or a complement to the false ceiling.
The main way to face a problem of bad acoustics is to install a false ceiling, which in our case is made of panels with high absorption class, easy to clean, fire resistant, built following an ecological cycle, with the ability to help the microbiological activity of the climate within our environment without causing condensation. These panels are available in different finishes and colours, easy to apply, which can be glued directly to the ceiling or lowered to the desired height (measures 60x60 cm - 60x120 cm - 120x120 cm), laid flush or concealed.
There are some curved elements to create difference in height so as to play creatively with ceilings and roofs.

However, you cannot always practice this solution, or only some parts of the false ceiling could be treated with the sound absorbing material. (For example, buildings may have attractive decorations on the ceiling, such as plasters, that you wouldn’t want to hide or that can be protected by law, or the designer prefers to leave the installations exposed or the roof structure, or joints in concrete may be designed to remain visible, as an element of the thermal regulation of the room).

In such cases, the absorbent vertical panels can be a considerable alternative, capable of ensuring a sufficient volume of sound-absorbing material.
We propose, in this case, a series of panels with the same characteristics as the ceiling, to apply to the wall, over the entire area or hung like paintings (the great variety of available colours allows adaptation to each type of the internal space), so as to exploit the free area of a room to adjust the acoustics without forgetting the design and aesthetics of the space.

The following list presents some finishes to use when creating solutions for communicative walls. With a wide range of colours and a textured finish associated with a well-designed profile system, there are numerous possibilities, and that can be suited to all types of spaces and furnishings.
